Also, try 5htp from Holland and Barrett, it&#8217;s a form of tryophan (kind of a seratonin type thingy), which is natural, it&#8217;s excellent for anxiety etc, and does not have any side effects.<br />

<p>I use their gradual every day tanning lotion &amp; their fake tan 🙂</p>
